What are your biggest challenges after your product starts making revenue?

Hi Everyone!

I want to make life easier for us founders.

With my last business, I had to overcome a lot of challenges that no one seems to have solved yet in that form. Or at least I didn't find anything online. Especially, the challenges coming up from the point on when we made some revenue.

Now I want to connect with more bootstrapped founders. To see if the problems I had are something that you also struggled with or currently struggling with.

Most importantly I want to learn what other challenges you're struggling with most.

In my last business, our biggest problem was to build a team. One that runs itself and performs better than we two founders could have done alone.

The second, big problem we had was to stabilize revenue long-term (>3 years).
