Indeed, the title of the article says a lot about it, as the author mentions that there are tricks and hacks ( like buying views https://goread.io/buy-instagram-views ). Of course, this might work in the long run, as ig was proven to be more efficient than TV advertisement. But does it have any filters? As there are some things that shouldn't be advertised at all!
