Love some feedback on having a brand name that is a plural.
For example, apple.com is taken, but apples.com is available. I'd prefer apple, but just wondering is apples sounds too weird or if there are any issues with using it.
If I ever do get apple.com, then I can always "drop the s".
(obv not apple... I just haven't bought the domain yet so keeping it a secret).
Of course.
I think that, at a certain point, people tend to overvalue the domain name. A potential customer will not usually see a domain name in isolation. If you have a solid landing page, good marketing outreach, great product(s), and at least some level of online presence then you can get away with the dumbest name ever.
Good to hear :D And completely agree with people overvaluing domain names... I can't see the value in spending thousands on a domain as a startup.
