Hiring a fully remote full stack dev at a profitable, fast growing, bootstrapped startup! 🚀

Hey!

I'm Ben, and I'm cofounder at Levellr. In a nutshell:

📈 Levellr is a bootstrapped, fast-growing, early stage startup in the UK.

👾 We provide software and services to music labels, creators and brands to help them launch, grow, manage and monetize communities on platforms like Discord and Telegram.

💻 We provide community analytics, paywalls, bots, landing pages, and management tools.

🔥 We build using TypeScript, Svelte, Tailwind CSS, Nest.js, and Prisma.

And, most importantly:

💸 We’re hiring a fully remote full stack engineer to join us as we build our company, team, and product!

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup just as we begin our expansion. Over the next few years we’ll be working together to build the fundamentals of our product, culture, and business. We’ll be launching new products, growing our team, and building a long-term growth engine.

We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to help us ship fast and grow faster. We welcome self-starting, fast learning, talented people who want to start and contribute to unique projects where collaboration and responding to market feedback is key.

    Hi Ben,

Do you think an ODC in India can help your company grow faster?

    1. 1

Not right now — we’re looking to grow a core team and culture that will set the stage for growth in the future. So we’re looking for full time employees.

It is idiotic of me to not mention this, under the ODC model, you actually get full-time employees. ODC is not like outsourcing where you outsource a project.

Still, building culture is important. A good culture can help you sail through many ups and downs smoothly.
