You can't get hired in web3 without this.

Recently interviewed at a bunch of major Web3 companies. Like Opensea, Gemini and Avalanche. On average Web3 pays $92,000/year.

Web3 companies are not just going to hire you because you apply.

It takes a serious knowledge base around the subject.

I think of starting a web3 job board, but it seems web3 people are more culture drive? And they tend to find the web3 job their way instead of from a job board. How do you think about it?

there's a lot of web3 job boards and people look for web3 jobs when the market is going up typically. if you're willing to push through the bear market and differentiate somehow go for it. otherwise will be tough concept.

web3 things are like roller coaster, it looks like a bear market when FTX thing happened last year but it seems it is soon getting back some momentum Q1 in 2023...

i think that's valid one thing i learned was that retail traders are the most speculative category in crypto. workers are taking on far more risk and tend to speculate less with their income than retail traders with their excess. meaning peak bull markets attract the most workers. bear markets typically scare them away and everyone gets laid off and there's job contraction.

good luck though! hope you can crack it!
