No Code/Code Web Dev Needed

Hello,

Looking for someone interested in doing freelance work to build a fully responsive web page (no code or code). The scope of work is not too complex. It will include a sign up feature, general infromation about the website, and several other areas. I would hope to establish a relationship with this person and to add to the website as the company evolves. I'm lookng for a modern and simple look. Addtional detials to follow.
