i would also throw in the epic stack. it's not SaaS-specific and doesn't come up as much SaaS stuff as the starters do, but it's a great full-stack starter project with lots of documentation and high code quality.
I also found interesting project called “taxonomy” by shadcn-ui on github. It’s open source nextjs starter with auth, stripe and other stuff ready. It also has 16,6k stars at the moment, but looks like no one actively working on it
I’m currently looking for saas starter, and your compare table is so informative. Thanks for sharing. Open SAAS looks interesting for me, the only thing is it’s built on wasp. I never heard about it before, but I think I will give it a try

yeah the next starter is based off taxonomy but its not as full-featured
