What do you look for in a startup mentor?

I'm curious to understand (hence my name) what kind of startup mentors indie founders look for. You can use the following points to guide your responses:

• Do you even require a startup mentor? Why do you think so?
• Which topics do you often struggle with, for which you are confident that only a mentor with more experience could help you?
• What do you despise / hate about the mentors that you hear about?
