Project Result: Created quiz plugin for WP with a multi-score results screen. What do you think?
Earlier this year I asked for some help from this forum to create a lead quiz with a results screen that showed multiple related and weighted scores.
You all had some great ideas on different tools, so I tried all of them. What I found was that none of the tools provided multiple scores on a single screen that were linked (master score and 3 sub-scores with different weights).
Thus, I decided to build my own word-press plugin/ software. The link below/ attached to this post shows an example results page. What do you think?

Before users see this results screen, there's a lead capture form which connects to Active Campaign. When a new lead comes in, it's tagged and then an automated email sequence begins.
The quiz was designed to help business owners who want to grow their businesses identify blindspots and challenges they may have, and then provide personalized recommendations for moving forward. Then, for those who want it (and meet certain criteria, we have a button appear on the screen for booking a free discovery call).
Who else needs something like this?
