Nice list Mike! A few others that I've come across are feather.so to create blogs and notiondesk.so to build helpdesks. Both have been an inspiration for my project. I'm actually building a Notion -> Landing page product @ webmoo.co; hopefully it'll be good enough to make it to a future list of yours :)
I'm curious - what's your take on Super.so? I like the product, but as an engineer I also worry about the fact they use the unofficial Notion API, which is not intended for external use cases like Super.
