Hello all. I am an expat, living and working in Berlin, who is trying to find his way to indie hacking.
For the last 3 months, I am trying to figure out a way to set up a business for my Saas in Germany. With my very limited German skills, each time I search on internet, I find my self and my thoughts in a chaos :)
One thing I figured out is that I definitely need an english speaking tax advisor who can help me setting up the company and handle some of the bureaucracy. My take is that, the simplest form of such a business would be einzelunternehmen.
However, in the last 3 months, the tax advisors that I contacted either rejected me for having no capacity to take a new client or just ghosted me after the initial email.
I checked some online companies like Firma.de but it looked very expensive for my 0$ MRR company. :)
I seriously started to think to go all this process on my own without a tax advisor but am scared to death to make some bad mistakes that will affect me later on.
I would like to ask you
Thank you for any tips
