How much do you know about block-based themes and full-site editing?

I'm just curious how engaged folks in the IH community (who use WordPress) are with sites that use block-based themes (as opposed to third-party page builders) and, beyond that, with FSE (everything in the theme built using blocks). Are you ignoring it, exploring it, using it?
