I just went around this week and booked a handful of sessions with people I look up to (excited to talk soon @coreyhaines 😁). It made me think how many people jump to seeking help right away?

I have a great mentor at my full-time job. We meet evey other week, but sometimes I struggle to come up with questions.What do you think are useful questions to ask?

  Maybe look at the skills you need to work on and make it skill based coaching sessions with an action plan that you provide feedback on.
