Google AdSense rejection

Hi,

I have tried 16 times in the past few months to set up a Google AdSense account for my website but it always gets rejected with the message "You already have an AdSense account", which I do not have.

Each time, they mention that it is associated with a random email address (that does not belong to me).

And unfortunately, they do not provide any contact options.

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

Thanks.

Can you create a new email address and try using that for AdSense?
