This looks great - I really like the simple design. My main feedback is that it would be great to be able to filter by course (especially to separate out mains/sides from desserts). Also - is there a reason why you decided to only show 12 results? It feels a bit limiting to not have a "next page" option.
As an idea - have you thought about having an option for people to submit links to their favourite veggie recipes? It might help to organically grow the base of recipes you have in there without having to do all the finding/scraping yourself. I have loads that I could share!
Looks good and is minimalist.
I would replace the "Eating veggie, the easy way." section with the bottom section "Let’s get some recipes" and I'd also replace the images on the right side with several random recipes for inspiration. You may want to have several options on a top menu or at the very least have a footer.
