Seeking FT CTO and Chief Data Scientist for HR Tech B2C2B Startup

Hi IndieHackers,

TL;DR

  • We are building the world’s first candidate-centered recruiting marketplace – Tealeaf.
  • We’re transforming recruiting into an IT function using workplace simulations to pre-evaluate, match, and introduce young professionals directly to employers.
  • We’re looking for a CTO and Chief Data Scientist to join our team.

About Tealeaf:

Hiring processes suck!

Whether you are a candidate or employer in the finance industry, not much has changed since newspaper classifieds moved online in the mid-90s…

Tealeaf is finally bringing job recruiting into the 21st century.

Our platform is the world’s first candidate-centered and employer-friendly recruiting marketplace, transforming hiring from an HR into an IT function. We build workplace simulations to tailor recruiting processes to individual job seekers and craft their career paths for them. Our candidates are pre-evaluated, matched, and introduced directly to employers with relevant open roles.

Brian and I (Alex) founded Tealeaf this winter out of Stanford’s Start-up Garage and are looking for team members who want to empower job seekers in their career journey.

If you believe self-awareness, compassion, and the ability to have fun are important parts of excellence, leave me a note!

Best,
Alex

Hey Alex, sounds intriguing, the recruitment game is very painful so anything to improve it is welcome. I would love to know more. You can see more about me at www.steveprocter.com
