It was working as a beta. and it is working. Our servers are down now as I don't want to continue running it as is.
Stack is PHP.
The current idea has follower count (you'll need a dev to maintain this), Manual entry of growth tactics, Hashtag Scraping (as far as I know this worked the last time I checked)
