Tried to get through my week without coffee. From Sunday to Tuesday, didn't have any coffee for 3 straight days and I felt sleepy all the time. Finally took the plunge again on Wednesday. I still felt sleepy but couldn't fall asleep and I got up and worked till 6 am!
Despite resuming coffee on Thursday--the day I had only 2 hours of sleep--I had no problem at all sleeping at night.
Are you dependent on coffee? Can you be efficient without it?
