Another self-hosted analytics solution?

I was looking at this list of self-hosted analytics on github, https://github.com/onurakpolat/awesome-analytics, and I didn't see a self hosted PHP version of analytics, would this be worth it to build (as I am looking for something like this)? And if so what features should the MVP have?
