How to make your happiness

Without getting into the basic premise of philosophy, I will make some statement about happiness. Happiness is perhaps the most sought after emotion and the most difficult to maintain on an ongoing basis. We can all live the moments of happiness that make us happy.

I have found that I am constantly happy when I am trying to help others find happiness. The word "service" comes to mind.

We are happiest in our relationships when we do things for each other. And they don't even need big or big things. Just small things. Things like a simple appreciation for a thoughtful task. A word about dinner went so well. How was your day?

This is happening simultaneously when they are together and when they do not want to be together. It always praises its partner and never says anything bad about it to anyone.

They are encouraging each other for higher education. Incentives for improving talent and skills and hobbies. Encourage you to follow dreams. Dreams are the catalyst for true passion.

True passion does not happen overnight. There is no destination for true passion. This is a journey. A journey that no person can pursue with true satisfaction if one is alone on the road. True passion meant a shared ride.

Give a simple "I love you" gift. Looks like they don't know. Say this often. Now, don't kid yourself. All relationships are a continuous "work in progress". There are ups and downs. Good time and not so good. We should decide for ourselves, that we are in this, while it lasts.

Find and give your partner a "look across the room". Give them a kiss at twilight. Take a casual stroll together in the afternoon cold, "just because." Move your fingers over their shoulders or raise your arm while talking or passing them, whether private or public.

Give them your smile; Your warm, radiant and honest smile.
