Anyone operating a US LLC or Inc company from India?

It'd be great if you can share your experience.

What is the entity structure? Are there any hurdles with respect to complying with regulations like FEMA, LRS, etc.? Any services you recommend for managing the accounts, bookkeeping, etc.?
