• I'm leveraging on my father's entertainment agency, pitching the marketplace to artists that have worked with him, although it's coming slow because of COVID (we launched 3 weeks ago). I think filling out supply first is key, since that is the weakest link.

• Built it using Sharetribe Flex + customization by a deveoper from Upwork. Front end hosted on AWS and G Suite.

• Not many early adopters, it's been 3 weeks.

• Planning on approach some Instagram micro-influencers (< 80 K) in the industry to get referral (I know them from before) and trying to spread WOM among friends in the U.S.

I'm just getting started but the anxiety is kicking in! LOL

Duuce.com a marketplace for buying and selling newsletters. Chicken and eggs is hard! It’s basically starting with things that don't scale in order to find scale. So atm doing a lot of manual work. Fighting for every listing and buyer.. But love the challenge!
