Seeking partners for a design/development business
I have been freelancing for a while now with a small client base and would like to partner up with a few people across different fields to epand on a new digital agency.
Areas of interest I'm searching for:
- Designer
- Full stack developer (Node/React/Next - Wordpress a plus but not required)
- Marketing/Social/Content
Open to anyone globally, but would be ideal if you were from the UK (same timezone, that's all). I should clarify that I'm looking for individuals to build a great business with, I'm NOT looking for your team to 'help complete my project' and anyone part of an existing studio probably wouldn't be a good fit either.

if you are looking to build websites and small projects getting someone with a team to help you may be way better as they can dynamically add resources where you need them.
Saying that, I personally do not like to work like that, prefer to know the people in my team and do the work together but that requires a constant income to cover expenses and that is not something you can do with websites and small projects.

That's not the plan here, I have something else in the works. Besides, the small client base doesn't neccsarily mean small projects, just a small number of clients.
