Hi indie hackers,
I'm working on a marketplace project focused on connecting African data scientists and businesses. In trying to validate the idea and solve the chicken-and-egg problem, I've created two seperate landing pages, one to target African data scientists (www.datajedi.io/) and another to target businesses (http://www.datajedi.io/businesses/). However, I think this is a bit messy as I have to share two different links to people I'm targeting, should I refocus my landing page to target both groups at once (if yes, what's the best way to do this?) or keep the separate landing pages?
According to Lenny's research on marketplaces, most successful marketplaces first target supply before demand. Not sure why this is the case, but it's an idea you may want to consider.
I guess this makes sense because supply is the key differentiator in this case. Can you point me to this research please?
