Question for notion users

I recently started using notion for my team. I was curious if anyone knows of a way to structure meeting notes into team tasks.

I use a template called kickoffs during team meetings and really only use three headers: problem statement, proposed solution and success criteria.

Then I end up putting bullet points under each header. After each meeting, I systematically paste each proposed solution into a team task title, and success criteria into the ticket body. Then I also usually tag the project as a short version of the problem statement.

Is there a way to do this automatically?? I hate needing to spend the time both taking meeting notes and turning them into tickets immediately afterwards.
