Customer Service Platforms to Slack Integration

What’s your company’s setup for integrating your customer service and interaction platforms (i.e., ZenDesk, Gorgias, etc.) into your Slack channels in a meaningful way such that you don’t get flooded with every alert?

I’m looking for more than just out-of-the-box app integrations here and trying to understand real workflows.

  • What’s your channel setup?
  • Do you use custom HTTP integrations and webhooks?
  • Do you POST, GET, or both?
