What's your job? When you apply to schools

Hey parents!

Had this in my mind a few days ago: a question to parents who are indie hackers/creators.

When I start applying to schools for my child, they'll ask what I do (a big part is to interview the parents).

I'm thinking ahead (my baby is only 7 weeks old) because I live in Hong Kong which is SUPER competitive. For good schools, everyone is or a serial biz owner, or a well-paid investment banker, or a child of a billionaire ...

Most importantly, no one understands the Internet here.

And they'll think "I don't have a real job", less stable than others.

What's your experience? How do you describe what you do? Thanks!
