✅ Done this week:

• 12 new communities were posted on the site.
• We reached 321 communities
• Website visitors: 127 users, 177 sessions. 21 from Organic.
• 6 answers on Reddit / Indie Hackers / ProductHunt.
• We added the new badge to the document for community owners.
• Analyzing SEO budgets for technical improvements.
• 4 new community owners were contacted on Twitter, email, and LinkedIn.
• We include the "Email" field in the sheets to contact communities through that channel.
• We add related posts in blog articles.
• Footer was optimized for SEO
• We added Popular Searches and Blog Posts to the home page
• We define with Clider how to move forward with the changes on the site

🎯 Actionable goals for next week:

• Start testing the document to contact owners.
• Start contacting those who manage the community instead of just the owners.
• Define the final site improvements.
• Define which SEO improvements we hire and which we leave for later or we can do ourselves.
• Analyze results of 2 weeks of social media listening on Twitter and decide how to proceed.
• Accelerate blog posts creation.
• Consider Landings by Category.
