To those who have built or run a Slack app:
Do you respond to messages from the "messages" tab? If so what are you using to do it? If not how do you handle support requests?

Thanks Tobias, what do you do if someone asks a question in the messages tab?
Right now: nothing. 😄
But that could be a good default I guess. Any message I get that I don’t understand => return help and an email that they can send the question to instead
