I want to build a support community around my products.
Does anyone have a similar experience? Can anyone advise a tool or platform that has all the features needed to do this (find and ask questions, share expertise and what you know, create user tips e.t.c.), maybe with some kind of user reward for contributing?
If there is no such system, what platforms do you use ( in combination or alone?) and how difficult is it to manage them?
I would be grateful if someone could share their experiences)
