Hi squad! My startup, LifeWeb 360, is digital space where communities can share memories of a loved one at the end of their life or who has died and celebrate their life.
Each of us touches so many people during our life; LifeWeb harnesses the outpouring of love that happens when someone passes. Friends and family can share stories, photos, and videos that are organized to create context and meaning, and don't remind you that your person died, they remind you how they lived. You can see an example LifeWeb on our site here > https://www.lifeweb360.com/
We've been growing during social distancing as communities have been unable to come together for funerals. We scaled first on an MVP we built on Tumblr, Jotform, and Google Sheets (loved that MVP), then launched a React + Ruby on Rails web app this fall with a Chicago-based dev shop. We're now bringing design & development in-house to go faster.
Join us! I swear we have WAY more fun than you'd think for a startup in such a heavy space, it basically means we get into the real real with each other and our users every day, which rocks.
Would love to chat if you:

Our north star is to awaken our empathetic world. We are doing that by focusing on the big moments in which we as humans hold space for the big conversations—for acknowledging each other and telling someone what they mean to us. Specifically, when a community has lost a loved one, or they are at the end of their life, we help them to gather memories, celebrate them in an authentic way, and give comfort to their family that they were seen in this world.
