How do manage your cash flow? Spreadsheet or tool?

Hi everyone!

I was trying to look for a tool that helps me track and manage my cash flow because I really hate google sheets for this task. There's no point on doing this task. manually...

I found some tools but they look shity. So I'm not sure if I'm missing the good one or there's a better way to use excel and/or google sheets for this task and there's no need to use a tool.

I just want to be able to quickly categorize and visualize where the money is going and coming. Not so difficult I hope.

Any recommendation?

Thank you in advance! 🙏

Hey Jose, what have you looked at so far and what are those solutions missing? If you are justing looking to visualize cash in and outflow, a lot of accouting softwares already do that (e.g. QuickBooks)! It's just hidden somwhere in their functionality (unfortunately).

Hey Jose, if you're doing it for a startup, have you tried out Rebank?

    Hey Jose,

If you're talking about personal finance, I personally use a google sheet and track each month. You can also track shares etc automatically through a Google sheet. If your looking for something more automatic, you can use something like WeMoney or Pocket Books. For business finances, look into Quickbooks Online or Xero.

Hi Ryan! I was thinking of something more advanced in terms of cash flow management. I've found this tool as an example of what I had in mind: https://agicap.com/en/
