Starting a podcast. What are the basics?

Hey, I'm about to start a podcast based on the platform/website I am building.
I used Riverside and Anchor before, and love them both but want to ask what are the basics and what you need to have to launch a podcast.

I'm talking about:

• camera
• microphone
• editing

Also, what is the setup you need to do an interview online? I used RIverside to test this once but I really want to hear your ideas and experiences.

Last but not least not swimming in money here:)
