Seeking an Exceptional Tech Co-Founder

Hey,

Current Projects
I have two projects right now with a little traction: I got the first three clients for alwaysopen.me, and I've three companies interested in a pivot from https://roboreimburse.com/en. The good thing is that the pivot is not that difficult to complete, but the current code base is in PHP/Laravel. Do you have experience with that?

One other way to come up with a project is to invest the time and interview company CEOs for their needs, potential things to automate, and more. But that does take some time.

I'm also totally open to hear about your projects.

Who I'm looking for
My last tech co-founder was very talented and hard-working. His name was Gerard O'Neill, he worked in the past for Trello and Etsy and also as a freelancer for Toptal. When Trello was sold to Atlassian, he made a multi-million dollar exit. I worked with him on a project for 9 months last year until he had some private stuff happening that prevented him from continuing. The point being: He was a hard-working, talented individual with runway.

Yeah, I'm looking for a person like that.

He also wrote a recommendation for me on LinkedIn:
"I worked on a project with Moritz for over half a year, and it was truly awesome. He's extremely motivated and proactive, taking on virtually any kind of task. When not completely sure about something, Moritz would always ask for my thoughts and discuss it with me, which I really appreciated. I've mostly worked alone or with other tech-focused people in the past, but those projects never got anywhere near as far as my project with Moritz. His energy and business experience make him the perfect cofounder, coworker, or partner in general. I hope we get a chance to work together in the future, once I have the time to dedicate to a new venture."

I tried working with someone for the past 2 weeks, but it wasn't satisfactory for me. That's why I'm looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hey,

What didn't work with your previous partner over the last 2 weeks?

Hey, while I basically worked my ass off for one project over those 14 days, all he did was create a landing page that takes less than a day of work and no other proactive contributions. He talked a lot, but didn't do so much. I basically want to get to doing things quickly.

This is just professional criticism. As a person, he was a really nice guy.
