Hey Indie Developers, I'm transitioning from my local Apache server running on MacOS to Docker, but the performance has worsened. While it's still functional, the simplicity of having just one Apache and SQL database has been lost. Virtual host names are gone, and ports with random numbers are everywhere. Do you have any best practices for managing multiple projects on one computer? Also, what do you think about the alternative runner, OrbStack? Do you use it?
