Seeking Feedback on Setting up an MSP/MSSP

I hope you're all doing well! I'm in the process of setting up a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), and I could really use your expertise and feedback. Whether you're a seasoned pro in the field or just starting out, your insights can be incredibly valuable.

Background:

I'm a seasoned penetration tester with around 5 years working within cybersecurity, currently focusing on business-driven security, and I've decided to take the leap and start my own MSP/MSSP just to get funds for a bigger project. The goal is to provide top-notch managed services to businesses of all sizes. However, I understand that this journey can be quite challenging, and I want to learn from the experiences of those who have been through it. Certainly, in addition to providing managed services, I will also be actively involved in the development of innovative products to enhance our offerings and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
