When to accept funding?

I know that a huge % of people here wouldn't take funding from VCs.

But let's say that you could dictate the conditions under which you'd take funding. Say someone offered you $100k and said: "We do this on your own terms". What would your terms be?

    Whenever accepting the fund is a better financial decision than not accepting it.

    It can get very pricy and complicated to do custom terms... and you generally don't have the upper hand there
