PR agency recommandations?

Hi all, I'm looking for an affordable PR agency who can get us on well-known(or semi well-known) publishers websites. Ones I found so far are way too expensive and they don't even guarantee the result which means they can literally take money and do nothing.

Does any of you have a good experience with any PR agency that you would live to recommend to fellow indie hackers?
