Is there a privacy-friendly Youtube alternative?

I've just started supporting my newsletter with a Youtube channel, but I don't particularly want to support Google (my zero subs could really push the needle for them 😅). I'd rather set up shop with a privacy-friendly option... but it can't be a ghost town either.

Anyone know of a good option?

A bit of Googling tells me that there is Invideous, Cadence, and PeerTube... But I don't have my ear to the ground enough to know if any of these actually has legs.
