[Quick Look] Product-led Retention Strategy for Marketplace - User Side

Marketplace business models always struggle to retain users, simply because they are connecting users to suppliers. Most of the the time type, size, frequency of the problem along with associated resolution cost decide the stickiness of users to the problem.
