Did you know that you can take over an abandoned subreddit?

I was just casually browsing Reddit and somehow ended up on r/redditrequest. Apparently, you can request to be the mod if the subreddit is "abandoned". The definition seems to be pretty strict. Maybe there is a subreddit you want to rescue!
