  3. Delegate when possible. If you have team members or contractors, consider delegating repetitive tasks to them. This not only frees up your time but also empowers them to take on more responsibility.

    You mention delegate and automation as the only parts that limit the amount of work you do. The other tips you mention are just to manage the workload.

    I think a proper analysis of workload and literally just dropping some tasks also helps in managing repetitive tasks. The ultimate best is not doing them in the first place.

    Making sure there's a measure of the results of repetitive tasks makes for easy management or dismanagement of them. meaning just keep asking "why?" or "So what?" I do this 5 times for tasks I don't want to do. I just ask "why am I doing this? what does it accomplish?" When I have an answer, I ask "so what?" again. then get an answer. I do this 5 times and ultimately I might brainstorm other ways to accomplish the same thing. Or I activate a real internal reason for getting it done and I do it. Great trick, right?

    You mention to prioritize, but it makes it seem like you'll have a list of tasks and you have to do them. I usually throw away a few tasks first. Instead of just saying I'll do this first, then that. I'll say "I'm only doing this! Nothing else."

    One more tip is to use "Jeopardy" a tool from Phil Stutz. I think of myself on my death bed, surrounded by loving family and friends. And think about the task at hand and how much I need to do it. Usually this helps throw away tasks, but it also insanely helps starting them. And starting them is the hardest part.

    Another option is to make the repetitive task fun. Gamify it for yourself. Set points for certain tasks done, and then keep track of your tasks/points. Does your notion checklist let you add points and then get points each day?
