Acquisition offers

When I get ready to sell my app, what documentation should I have and what should I share with the other party?

  1. Current financial statements, number of users, and pricing rubric.

  2. Overview of full dev stack - including version numbers and frameworks used
Infrastructure diagram - including hardware specifications

  3. Codebase - front-end and back-end (github access or similar?)

  4. Compliance reports and audits?

TIA

I would appreciate an operations manual that explain how to run the thing, all the processes, the quirks here and there. Documentation about what you tried and didn't work.

Do you have an app? I think you can reach FE International and talk to them. They were very gracious in helping me get things in order way ahead of any potential sale.
