Would you use this? Live Commenting Browser Extension for Websites

Hi! FlowNote is a browser extension + web app that will let you leave comments, scribble on, and highlight content on live websites (even authentication-gated web apps) I'm planning on building this to solve my own problem and I'd like to find out if this is something any of you would like to use (especially anyone doing web design and development).
