Staying focussed, one day at a time

As the day ends, quite often, we find that we have yet to achieve what we aimed for. Either we got lost in the internet maze or started working on projects or tasks less critical than we planned to.

I found that for me, "Out of sight, out of mind" is the core problem. Even if I write my tasks in a to-do list app or a notebook, checking, updating, and reviewing them is the problem. Of course, this is a self-discipline problem, but a gentle reminder at the right place can significantly help.

To take a step towards fixing it, I have cobbled up a small Chrome extension.

  • It allows you to write 3 important tasks of the day.
  • Show tasks every time you open a new tab.
  • All tasks remain stored in your browser.
  • Everyday tasks get reset to give the day a fresh start.

The idea is to:

  • not bogged down by a long list.
  • the 80/20 rule really works. So, just the 3 most important tasks of the day.

Give it a try (it's free) and let me know your thoughts => https://bit.ly/quantadotso

Love this! How do you determine the three most important tasks for the day?

That depends on your current goals/projects that bring the maximum impact. Give the extension a try.
