Should be fine. I would check there is a plugin for Microsoft login. I've used https://pub.dev/packages/google_sign_in for google login and that works nicely.

It is pretty simple consumer app
Yeah, if it's a simple app you can do it on Flutter.
But take into account that if you have to do more complex things like serialization, Flutter is time killer.
