How to work with a slow team?

I have been working with two uni buddies for 3 months now i am responsible for marketing.

We have 160 signups. The product i think will be the coolest thing on the planet (https://autory.ai/).

I have SEO blog posts on standby and i have been communicated that the MVP is nearly ready for about a month now.

I feel like i am not in control of my own destiny

What do i do?

    Hi, I feel your pain. If it's not working it's best to
    1/ talk about it with your partners
    2/ agree on a plan & deadline
    3/ if that doesn't work, start looking on 'find a co-founder' platform

    There are many devs who are desperate for a business partner.
