TLDR: Looking for android developer for a fly-fishing mobile app in the Norwegian market!

I am a backend developer currently working on a mobile app which will launch in the Norwegian market, as a quite niche service. Also have an iOS developer.
I am looking for a android mobile developer to develop the android version of the app.
A preferable person would be:
Enthusiastic
- Knows or have experienced with launching android apps to Play/galaxy store
- Interested in fly-fishing (Not a must)
- Norwegian (Not a must)
That's it!
The goal is to release MVP by year end, and be profitable within the next year. This is not a get-rich-quick scheme, but an attempt on a side-hustle.
