App expansion related question

Question Re: international app store expansion outside America. Which countries (territories) would accept an English-only app as a normal occurrence? We have not created multiple language versions of our app and will not do so for a while. So I need to know which territories I can target – outside of obvious ones like UK, Canada, Australia, NZ etc… Anyone have any advice here?

Some northern European countries like Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands have about 100% English fluency.

I’m from Israel, and non-localized English-only apps are very common here.
