Are there any Customer Focused founders?

At my good ol' day-job, it always bothered me how companies cared a lot about making sales but not enough about keeping their customers happy.

Two years ago, I embarked on the journey I'd been dreaming about—I quit my stable corporate job to start Cliezen, a B2B customer experience and satisfaction software.

Since then, I've worked with many different companies, from small startups growing really fast to big and established enterprises. This work has let me see all kinds of problems and chances to make business-to-business (B2B) relationships better.
